Junior Data Engineer

Support the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data infrastructure that enables efficient data processing, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence across the organization.

Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines to collect, transform, validate, and integrate data from multiple sources while ensuring data quality, accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

Assist in managing databases, data warehouses, and cloud-based data platforms to support operational and analytical requirements.

Collaborate with data analysts, software engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient data solutions.

Monitor data workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, automate routine processes, maintain technical documentation, and contribute to continuous improvements in data architecture, performance, security, and governance.

Support data integration initiatives and ensure data systems remain reliable, accessible, and aligned with business objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

Knowledge of SQL, database management, data structures, and data processing concepts.

Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Python, cloud platforms, and data integration technologies is advantageous.

Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, data modeling, data governance, and database optimization principles is beneficial.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Ability to learn new technologies quickly, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Familiarity with cloud data platforms, workflow orchestration tools, automation solutions, version control systems, and modern data engineering practices is considered an advantage.
