Supports the Global Fraud and Recovery team through data analysis, reporting, and identification of fraud and recovery opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze trends, anomalies, and emerging risk indicators in the data.
- Produce fraud and recovery KPIs monthly, quarterly, and annually for global stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with an offshore team.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements to processes and accuracy.
- Draft and maintain issue logs through tracking, updates, cleanup, and prioritization.
Requirements and preferred experience
- Experience in data analysis, business analysis, reporting, claims, fraud operations, recovery, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
- Insurance or fraud-detection experience is a plus; basic understanding of auto, property, and casualty products is noted.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and lookups, and in PowerPoint.
- SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools are preferred but not essential.
- The role calls for analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, organization, initiative, ownership, and accountability.
