About the Role

An established film production company in Dubai is seeking a highly creative Junior Creative to work across advertising, filmmaking, AI filmmaking, and production.

Fresh graduates are welcome if they have a strong creative portfolio, good visual sense, and genuine passion for the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts for commercials, corporate films, and branded content.
  • Create creative pitches, treatments, moodboards, and presentation decks.
  • Develop storyboards, shot references, and visual directions.
  • Explore and use AI filmmaking, AI image generation, and AI video generation tools.
  • Create AI-generated concepts, pre-visualizations, and creative references.
  • Work closely with directors, producers, cinematographers, and post-production teams.
  • Assess how creative concepts can be executed during production and post-production.
  • Research visual styles, advertising trends, and emerging AI filmmaking technologies.
  • Support production planning and creative execution.
  • Occasionally perform 1st Assistant Director responsibilities on shoots when required.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of or interest in AI image and video generation.
  • Basic understanding of film production and post-production.
  • Ability to create professional moodboards, storyboards, and creative presentations.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of editing, motion graphics, photography, or cinematography is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates from Film, Media, Advertising, Communication, Design, or related fields are welcome.

Growth Opportunity

The position offers work across creative development, AI filmmaking, production, and post-production rather than one department.

The role provides hands-on exposure to commercial productions and opportunities to grow into larger creative and production responsibilities.

Creative portfolio, attitude, and potential are valued more than years of experience.

Application Materials

  • Applicants should provide a CV, creative portfolio, sample moodboards, storyboards, pitch decks, and AI-generated work if available.
  • The posting requests current location, availability to relocate to Dubai, and expected salary.

Compensation

  • The posting states pay of AED 1.00 per month.

Workplace

  • The role is based in person in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
