Responsibilities
- Research relevant conference topics, audiences, and industry trends.
- Assist with program development and prepare agendas.
- Coordinate speaker outreach and acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams on event logistics and marketing support.
- Manage timelines, document work, coordinate stakeholders, and help ensure smooth event delivery.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of prior conference production experience.
- Conference production, event management, market research, communication, and speaker acquisition skills.
- A related bachelor's degree is beneficial.
- Organization, attention to detail, and deadline management are preferred.
- Office productivity tools and basic project management practices are advantageous.
- Prior internship or junior-level experience in events or conferences is a plus.
Compensation
- AED 5,000 salary offered per month.
