Junior Compliance Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Advise on CDD and KYC, identity verification, beneficial ownership, and source of funds or wealth checks.
• Review auction and private-sale clients before and after sales; assess risk and conduct enhanced due diligence where appropriate.
• Conduct PEP and sanctions screening, escalate matches and suggest improvements to screening methods.
• Support AML risk assessments, regulator filings, internal guidance, FAQs and workflow charts.
• Help deliver compliance training and maintain records; support compliance system testing, rollout and refinement.
• Prepare audit and review materials, assist with regulatory inspections and law enforcement requests, and support investigations and disclosures.
• Monitor AML and sanctions developments and promote compliance and ethical conduct across the business.

What you’ll bring

• Relevant AML regulation, CDD and sanctions knowledge, with practical experience applying it in business scenarios.
• Strong communication, collaboration, decision-making, organisation, attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Professional discretion, ethical conduct and high integrity.
• Willingness to travel and work extended business hours during certain sales.
• Foreign language skills can be helpful but are not essential.
