Role Overview
The role supports office administration, quality, product development, factory coordination, and operational reporting in a tile industry business.
The work combines civil-related documentation with production, purchasing, sales-order, stock, and customer-site coordination.
Compensation
- Salary is ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month.
Workplace
- The role requires in-person work and mandatory factory visits.
- Factory visits include Raipur Rani, Panchkula, Rajpura in Punjab, and Panchkula Industrial Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor quality parameters and participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Support new tile product development, trials, and coordination with labour teams.
- Inspect products at customer sites and support complaint resolution.
- Prepare and check drawings, estimates, BOQ, and material requirements.
- Coordinate vendor purchases and materials, and enter sales orders in the ERP system.
- Prepare stock reports and coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Sales, and Accounts.
- Conduct factory visits, monitor site requirements, and coordinate resolution of operational issues.
- Maintain production, quality, stock, sales-order, and other operational records.
Preference
- B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Regular or full-time education is preferred.
- The role requires mandatory travel to specified factories.
