We are seeking a driven and technically grounded Junior Sales Engineer to join a leading chemical manufacturing organization based in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional with a strong chemical background to transition into a commercial role, building client relationships and driving business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities within the chemical and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients across the UAE and wider GCC region.
• Present and promote the company’s product portfolio to customers, providing technical guidance and recommendations as needed.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender responses in coordination with the technical and commercial teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, operations, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to represent the company professionally.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related chemical science discipline (mandatory).

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role (experience in chemical sales is not required).
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and meet targets.

Language

• Native Arabic speaker (mandatory).
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
