The Junior Chef supports the kitchen team with food preparation, cleanliness, and organising the space to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food prep (washing, chopping, assembling as instructed)
- Keep the kitchen clean, sanitised, and organised at all times
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Support head chefs and kitchen staff during busy periods
- Dispose of waste correctly and maintain cleanliness in storage areas
- Ensure workstations are cleaned before and after shifts

- Maintain high hygiene and safety standards
- Follow instructions and kitchen rules at all times
- Work efficiently and stay organised during service
- Respect break times and designated eating areas
- Communicate clearly with the team

- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
