The Opportunity

Structured Technical Sales Development Program fresh-graduate track into technical sales.

Work across market research, lead generation, and client engagement alongside senior Technical Sales Engineers.

Within 12-18 months, prepared to manage own accounts as a Technical Sales Specialist / Engineer.

Locations: Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Yanbu.

What You Will Do

  • Market intelligence: map target sectors, clients, EPC contractors, and upcoming projects; track competitor activity.
  • Prospecting and outreach: identify and qualify leads; contact prospects by phone, email, and in person in Arabic and English; book discovery meetings.
  • CRM and pipeline: keep CRM records accurate; track opportunities and follow-ups; prepare activity reports.
  • Proposals and tenders: help prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions; coordinate with technical, procurement, and operations teams.
  • Technical learning and client engagement: attend briefings, demonstrations, and site visits; build product knowledge; follow up with clients.

What We Are Looking For

  • Required: Saudi National.
  • Required: TVTC Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial), or business diploma/degree with technical knowhow and exceptional communication skills.
  • Required: Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience, including internships and co-op programs.
  • Required: Excellent Arabic and English, spoken and written.
  • Required: Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn technical subjects.
  • Required: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Required: Based in, or willing to work from, one of the listed cities.
  • Preferred: Internship or co-op experience in energy, oil and gas, construction, or industrial sectors.
  • Preferred: Awareness of major Vision 2030 projects and the Saudi industrial landscape.
  • Preferred: Exposure to CRM tools.
  • Preferred: Valid Saudi driving license.
