Role summary
Help identify business needs across the university and research practical tools and processes to address them.
Collaborate with departments and faculties to advance university goals and support IT projects and service intake.
Business analysis and project support
- Review and edit business requirements and processes; provide updates to project managers and client groups.
- Research information-system changes and business-process improvements, develop detailed queries, and recommend improvements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications, requirements documentation, and implementation plans.
- Write test scripts and support implementations; monitor progress and ensure issues are logged and resolved.
Training and configuration
- Coordinate and develop training content, support training delivery, and assess learning needs, gaps, and program risks.
- Ensure application configuration updates meet change-management and security specifications.
