Junior Bunker Trader

BlackCoral Energy is looking for a Junior Bunker Trader for the Dubai office to work with experienced traders and develop relationships with shipping clients and suppliers worldwide.

The role

You will learn about marine fuel trading and bunker markets, negotiation and deal execution, shipping operations and logistics, pricing and market analysis, customer relationship management, global trading communication etc.

It is a performance-driven role with significant long-term earning potential.

It will be your responsibility to build your own portfolio of international clients, develop and maintain relationships, operators and suppliers, source and negotiate bunker fuel transactions, monitor fuel market movements and pricing, ensure smooth operations/deliveries, coordinate with credit management, identify new business opportunities, support senior traders in their daily trading activities etc.

BlackCoral Energy is a growing, yet well-established company.

We have offices in Monaco and Dubai with plans to open more offices the next 2-3 years.

By taking on young, motivated talent and provide you with industry-specific training while working your own portfolio we build resources, who can take on important roles and increased responsibility in one office or move across offices – if the desire to live abroad is there.

This ensures that we have a more uniform culture and a “BlackCoral Energy” way of doing business.

We are looking for fresh graduates from a business/finance/shipping/logistics education or persons, who have started a sales/trading/broking job, but feel that there could be more out there.

It is important for us that you are driven, resilient, find it easy to approach and communicate with others, set high standards for yourself, fast learner, speak and write English fluently and additional languages are a plus.

We will provide extensive training and mentoring while getting you involved in the daily business.

The training is kicked-off with 2 weeks of intensive education in our Monaco office.
