Job Summary
The Junior Brand Manager is the strategic architect of the brand’s total market presence.
This role requires a high-potential strategist capable of developing 360-degree marketing blueprints that unite traditional brand rigor with cutting-edge digital execution.
You will be responsible for developing long-term brand plans, owning the promotional roadmap, and steering both creative and digital media agencies to ensure the brand’s "Global Tier" vision is flawlessly executed across all physical and digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Annual Marketing Plan (AMP) and brand strategy.
- Manage brand positioning, guidelines, and portfolio growth.
- Lead innovation and new product development from concept to launch.
- Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new products.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, and agency partnerships.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales activation programs.
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and business performance.
- Drive trade marketing, in-store visibility, and retail execution.
- Manage the marketing budget and monitor campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and R&D to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years in Brand Management and Digital Marketing (FMCG or Fresh Produce experience is a significant advantage).
- Demonstrated experience in developing strategic plans and frameworks from the ground up.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, digital media buying, and content trends.
- Proven experience in briefing and steering external marketing and media agencies.
- Professional-level fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Technical & Leadership Skills
- Project Management: Proficiency in using Asana to structure complex plans and track multi-stakeholder deliverables.
- The ability to turn raw consumer data and digital metrics into a 12-month strategic recommendation.
- The ability to design 360-degree brand experiences that connect with consumers at every touchpoint.
- High-level presentation skills to pitch and defend marketing plans to senior management.
