Job Summary
Junior level BIM Modeller to develop accurate and high-quality 3D BIM models for Structural and MEP.
Work on Scan-to-BIM, CAD-to-BIM, and BIM modelling projects.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, LOD requirements, and client standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate as-built BIM models from point-cloud data, laser scans, and 2D engineering drawings.
- Understand and interpret layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate models with Architectural and Structural (AS) models, identify clashes, and support clash resolution.
Technical Skills & Software
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage for clash detection and model coordination.
- Knowledge of Autodesk ReCap, ACC, and BIM automation tools is an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or a relevant discipline.
- Experience: 1-2+ years.
- Employment Type: Full-Time.
Compensation
- Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month.
