Junior BIM Engineer MEP

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and coordinate MEPF models for accuracy; oversee and run QC on project tasks.
• Audit Revit and Navisworks models and follow model, drawing, and naming standards.
• Create Revit families, templates, and parts; work with shop and fabrication drawings and extract quantities through Revit.
• Prepare search sets and conduct clash detection; assist with daily and weekly global visual design reviews.
• Coordinate with team leads, project managers, and engineers on reporting and delivery; keep work on schedule.
• Support training and continuous improvement and investigate R&D opportunities.

Qualifications and competencies

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering; software training certificates are mentioned.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Collaboration for Revit, and Microsoft products.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication; ability to communicate across organizational levels.
• Strong BIM knowledge and interest in civil, building, and MEP design projects.
• Communication, decision-making, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills; ability to maintain client and stakeholder relationships.

Pay

• ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month.
