Role Description
The Junior Arabic Creative Associate is a contract, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for supporting the development of creative ideas for digital and social campaigns in Arabic.
This role involves concept creation, adapting and localizing brand messaging for Arabic-speaking audiences, and collaborating with designers and senior creatives to deliver visually engaging and culturally relevant assets.
Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming ideas with the creative team, preparing content variations for different platforms, coordinating with account and media teams on deliverables, and supporting quality checks before content goes live.
The position requires close attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines in a dynamic agency environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly in both Arabic and English.
- Demonstrated creativity skills, with an eye for visual storytelling and innovative content concepts.
- Understanding of branding principles, including tone of voice, visual consistency, and brand identity application.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current digital content trends in the Middle East.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Relevant academic background in Marketing, Film & Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of Junior-level experience in a creative is a must
