Junior Application Support Analyst

Role overview

Location and schedule

• Remote, UK-based position.
• Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Salary

• Salary is £26,500 to £28,000 per annum.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a first responder and deliver customer service to clients via Jira, email, Microsoft Teams, and telephone.
• Triage incoming support tickets in line with service-level agreements.
• Troubleshoot data, infrastructure, and application issues, including analyzing client data using SQL queries.
• Perform basic application configurations to support client needs.
• Give stakeholders clear, timely updates on investigations, progress, and ticket resolutions.
• Attend client calls to support data-related queries.
• Maintain and update the team knowledge base to support continuous improvement.
• Work with Jira, Confluence, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Salesforce.
