Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records including ledgers, journals, and financial reports.
- Prepare and review invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely settlements.
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts.
- Prepare VAT returns, payroll reports, and assist in external audits.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Coordinate with management and external auditors regarding financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and internal company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum **1–3 years of UAE accounting experience**.
- Proficient in Tally
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of UAE VAT and audit requirements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
