Role Description
We are seeking a **full-time, on-site Accountant** to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will manage financial records, prepare budgets, ensure compliance, and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports
- Reconcile accounts and manage invoice processing
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
- Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and transparency
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and systems
- Familiarity with the VAT system in Dubai/UAE
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Proactive and goal-oriented approach to work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of accounting software is a plus
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial record management, budgeting, and auditing
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and financial reporting
- Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and compliance
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the cleaning services or facilities management industry is a plus
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance Management, Commerce
Experience
- At least 1-2 years of accounting experience in the UAE
Languages
- Proficiency in English is required
