Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate financial records and daily bookkeeping activities.
• Record and categorize financial transactions in Zoho Books.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and financial records.
• Ensure accounting records are organized and up to date.

Invoice Management

• Create and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Track invoice payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Maintain invoice records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing requirements.

Payroll Support

• Generate monthly employee payslips.
• Assist in maintaining payroll records and employee compensation data.
• Coordinate with HR for salary-related updates and documentation.
• Ensure payroll-related records are accurately maintained.

Financial Administration

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries.
• Support expense tracking and reimbursement management.
• Maintain vendor and customer records.
• Assist with audits and financial documentation when required.
• Support management with ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience

• 0-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or related roles.
• Fresh graduates with strong accounting fundamentals are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Experience or familiarity with Zoho Books is preferred.
• Good understanding of invoices, payments, and financial records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

• Experience with payroll processing and payslip generation.
• Knowledge of basic financial compliance.
• Familiarity with accounting software and cloud-based finance tools.
