Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare and post journal entries in the ERP system.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and management reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Perform any other accounting duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **3–5 years** of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience working with **ERP software** (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) and **MS Office**.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is an added advantage.
