Lathief Production is expanding, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team.

What You'Ll Do
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to track project budgets and expenditures
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist with tax filings
- Assist senior management with financial analysis and reporting as needed
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Tally is a must
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
