Junior Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and a willingness to develop professionally within a dynamic finance environment.

This role requires an organized professional capable of supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with financial reporting and compliance activities.

**Financial Reporting Support:** Assist in the preparation of daily, monthly, and annual financial reports in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

**General Ledger Management:** Support day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintenance of the general ledger.

**Budgeting & Analysis Support:** Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and variance analysis to support financial planning activities.

**Process Improvement:** Support the implementation of accounting procedures and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Documentation & Record Keeping:** Maintain organized financial records, accounting files, and supporting documentation for audits and reporting purposes.

**Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is mandatory.

**Technical Skills:** Proficiency in accounting software or ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic financial analysis functions.

**Soft Skills:** Strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, good command of English (written and verbal), and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
