Junior Accountant

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in VAT-related tasks and other financial reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum **6 months of accounting experience in the UAE**.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
