- Working knowledge of cost accounting and project costing principles.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Must be an outstanding communicator, and have established skills in accuracy, organization, and working in a high-volume environment.
Job Description
- Maintain project-wise cost records and track actual costs against budgets/BOQs.
- Prepare cost analysis and variance reports for management review.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoice verification and customer billing.
- Reconcile supplier statements, fuel/transport billing, and petty cash; flag discrepancies.
- Compile billing documentation and reconcile invoices against approved work.
- Assist with monthly closing, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Support VAT filing and UAE Corporate Tax compliance documentation.
- Assist with audits and maintain organized financial records.
