  • What you will be doing:
  • Support the delivery of all asset creation across; Retail and in-store advertising, Digital, Social, OOH, DOOH and Press under the guidance of the Account Management team
  • Support project delivery, escalating issues to the Account Management team and under the guidance of senior Account team members
  • Be pro-active in identifying issues and flagging risks to the Senior AM before they become a problem.
  • Support in planning and scheduling projects efficiently, therefore ensuring the optimum use of company resources
  • Strive to follow and implement the best practice production process within OLIVER and with clients
  • Ideally a strong background in advertising campaign production.
  • Delivering project ownership, with support from the Account Team, including:
  • Support interrogating, adapting client briefs for studio ream and flag clarifications to the Senior Account Manager
  • Assist Resource Manager with booking and scheduling
  • Briefing work to the creative team to execute
  • Provide QC support for assets and work prior to client review
  • Support review and help implement client amends liaising with creatives and Senior AM where necessary
  • Developing and managing project timelines
  • Final delivery of assets to client and media partners
  • Work collaboratively within the team to deliver high quality work
  • Daily and weekly status reports shared both internally with team and Accounts team
  • What you need to be great in this role:
  • 2-3 years’ experience working in an agency/high volume adaptation environment
  • Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills required
  • Experience working in an advertising agency; sports and lifestyle category is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn, receive feedback and grow into a fully accountable Account Manager
  • Experience delivering creative adaptation production for retail and paid media campaigns
  • Cross channel experience; Retail and in-store advertising, Digital, Social, OOH, DOOH, Ecom, Paid Media
  • Experience with multiple projects across multiple languages at once
  • A basic understanding of channel best practices (retail, social, digital)
  • A mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment, with high volumes of activity
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail; ability to work under supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly immerse in brands, problem-solve and be fully into role within 90 days with support from Senior Account Team
  • Smooth team operations with execution of projects on time and with excellence (with support from Senior Account team)
  • Confident in contributing to daily and project stand-ups
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects and what they’re used for
  • Good understanding of how long things take and ability to estimate time required for creatives
  • Good communication and willingness to learn; comfortable working across time zones with remote teammates
  • Experience managing projects from briefing to delivery
