Junior Account Manager

Role: Junior Account Manager Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates What you will be doing: Support the delivery of all asset creation across; Retail and in-store advertising, Digital, Social, OOH, DOOH and Press under the guidance of the Account Management team Support project delivery, escalating issues to the Account Management team and under the guidance of senior Account team members Be pro-active in identifying issues and flagging risks to the Senior AM before they become a problem. Support in planning and scheduling projects efficiently, therefore ensuring the optimum use of company resources Strive to follow and implement the best practice production process within OLIVER and with clients Ideally a strong background in advertising campaign production. Delivering project ownership, with support from the Account Team, including: Support interrogating, adapting client briefs for studio ream and flag clarifications to the Senior Account Manager Assist Resource Manager with booking and scheduling Briefing work to the creative team to execute Provide QC support for assets and work prior to client review Support review and help implement client amends liaising with creatives and Senior AM where necessary Developing and managing project timelines Final delivery of assets to client and media partners Work collaboratively within the team to deliver high quality work Daily and weekly status reports shared both internally with team and Accounts team
