Junior AI Developer role focused on AI and application development, automation, integrations, data and production monitoring.
The posting states a 2–4 month contract duration, depending on the position, and an ASAP target start.
AI and Application Development
- Build LLM-powered RAG pipelines, chat and question-and-answer interfaces, and task-focused AI agents.
- Develop secure, scalable Python backends and APIs using FastAPI, Flask or Django.
- Integrate commercial and open-source LLM providers, including Azure OpenAI, Anthropic and open-weight models.
- Implement vector stores and semantic search, including chunking, embedding, indexing and retrieval strategies.
- Contribute to multi-agent orchestration using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, AutoGen or CrewAI.
- Tune response time, token efficiency and cost.
Automation, Integration and Monitoring
- Automate governance and assurance workflows from intake and review through approvals, evidence capture and reporting.
- Integrate engineering and operations platforms, including CI/CD, MLOps, DataOps, security operations, ticketing and collaboration tools.
- Develop and monitor governance-metrics data pipelines with data-quality checks, failure detection and automated SLA alerts.
- Monitor production AI systems for performance, drift, bias indicators, data quality, security events and availability.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience.
- Security clearance is required.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
Pay
- AED 5,000–7,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
