Prepare drinks and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Answer customer questions, assist with choices, take orders, and cover cashier duties when required.
Duties
- Make juices and smoothies.
- Greet customers promptly and answer questions about menu items.
- Suggest or upsell additional menu and retail items.
- Accurately take orders and relay them to kitchen staff on time.
- Fill in as cashier when required.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related experience; the posting also specifies 2 years of UAE experience as required.
- Knowledge of restaurant etiquette.
- Fluent in English.
- Flexible to work a shifting schedule.
- Warm, calm under pressure, a team player, and able to work with urgency.
Pay and employment
- Full-time position.
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
