Job purpose
Coordinate daily labour activities and execute project work according to the approved schedule at the Mandu project site.
Ensure site quality parameters and checklists are followed.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily labour deployment and prepare daily labour reports.
- Execute site activities according to the approved project schedule; monitor progress and escalate deviations promptly.
- Monitor quality parameters and follow quality checklists, SOPs, and site procedures.
- Conduct in-process quality checks at each execution stage.
- Verify contractor and vendor bills before approval submission.
- Maintain and review accurate manpower reports.
Key skills
- Execution focus and ability to complete work according to schedule.
- Working knowledge of checklists, SOPs, and quality-control processes.
- Understanding of quality parameters and in-process inspection checks.
- Ability to verify bills and manpower reports.
- Coordination, communication, and labour management skills.
Qualification and experience
- A B.E. in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
