The Junior Reporting Analyst fulfills business users’ data needs by extracting data, producing reports, and conducting analysis.

The analyst communicates with users, tests solutions, documents work, and delivers tailored reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Extract data, develop reports, and perform analytics for internal and external stakeholders.
- Document requirements and functionality; serve as a primary contact for data questions and escalations.
- Create visualizations aligned with corporate standards and collaborate with stakeholders on analytics and data integration.
- Document requirements for technology enhancements and contribute to BI reporting and data integration design and maintenance.
- Share expertise, pursue technical learning, and contribute to data management and analytics projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Work with people at all business levels to deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
- One to four years of Microsoft Excel experience.
- Zero to two years of Power Query experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
- Healthcare revenue management experience is a plus, but not required.
Work environment
- The position is described as hybrid, with office days Tuesday and Wednesday in Chesterfield, Missouri.
- Participate in departmental, training, and staff meetings; follow company policies and compliance requirements.
