Role overview
Junior NetSuite Consultant role focused on construction-industry clients and ERP implementations, optimization, and client projects.

Consulting and implementation work
- Support NetSuite implementations, enhancements, and optimization projects alongside senior consultants.
- Gather client requirements and translate construction processes into ERP requirements and solutions.
- Assist with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, data migration, validation, reconciliation, and UAT.
- Support reporting, dashboards, workflows, Saved Searches, and system documentation.
- Support project accounting and financial processes in NetSuite.
- Develop process documentation and training materials; participate in client meetings and provide project updates.
- Assist with post-go-live support and ongoing system improvements.
Construction experience
- Required hands-on experience working in construction or a related construction-services context.
- Relevant areas include project accounting, job costing, WIP, project billing, change orders, purchase orders, subcontractor and vendor management.
- Other relevant processes include accounts payable and receivable, time and labor, project profitability, budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, revenue recognition, and construction financial reporting.
- Experience with a construction ERP, accounting platform, or construction management system is relevant.
Qualifications
- MBA degree is explicitly required.
- Requires 1–3 years of professional experience in construction, ERP, business analysis, consulting, finance, operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction business processes and financial operations, project accounting, and job costing.
- NetSuite experience is preferred but not required; experience with another ERP, construction management, or financial system is a plus.
- Requires analytical and problem-solving ability, business-to-system translation skills, strong written and verbal communication, and comfort working with clients and internal teams.
- Must be able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
