Jr. Marketing Executive

What You Will Be Doing

• Campaign Support and Execution- Assist in the planning and execution of B2B marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. This includes coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring campaigns go out on time and on brief.
• Content Creation and Localization- Draft, edit, and adapt marketing content for the business, including emails, social posts, presentations, and collateral. This includes ensuring messaging is culturally relevant and locally resonant.
• Market and Audience Research- Conduct research on target customer segments, competitor activity, and industry trends to inform campaign planning and go-to-market decisions. Translate findings into clear, usable summaries for the team.
• Event and Activation Coordination- Support the planning and on-ground execution of events, trade shows, webinars, and customer engagements. This includes logistics coordination, vendor liaison, and post-event reporting.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting- Monitor campaign and channel performance using available tools and dashboards. Compile regular reports and flag insights or anomalies to the marketing manager.

What You Can Bring To This Role

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
• A genuine curiosity about how businesses grow and how customers make decisions.
• Basic data analysis skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with eagerness to learn
• Adaptability and openness to working across different areas of marketing
