****Job Description****
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient
Junior Architect Modeler (UAE National)
- to join our Design team.
- The role focuses on developing accurate 3D architectural models, BIM content, and production drawings to support design development and construction documentation.
- The selected candidate will work under the supervision of senior architects and BIM leads to ensure coordination, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.
- ****Key Responsibilities****
- Develop and maintain 3D architectural models using BIM software (primarily Revit).
- Prepare architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
- Assist in converting conceptual designs into coordinated BIM models.
- Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company standards.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.
- Participate in clash detection and model review sessions.
- Update models based on design revisions and consultant comments.
- Support preparation of submission packages for authority approvals.
- Maintain proper file naming, version control, and documentation in line with QA/QC procedures.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and area calculations from BIM models when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.
- UAE National (Family Book required).
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Must be a UAE National
