Role overview
The description seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer accounts, outstanding payments, and timely receivables collection.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
- Prepare and issue invoices; follow up on outstanding payments and overdue invoices.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams about invoices, payment status, and customer queries.
- Maintain invoice, receipt, and payment documentation.
- Prepare regular receivables reports for management.
- Assist with month-end closing and other finance activities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Previous accounts receivable or similar accounting experience; freshers may also apply.
- Knowledge of invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Good communication and negotiation skills; strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Pay
- AED 2,000–2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
