We are seeking an experienced **Joinery Supervisor** to oversee joinery production and installation activities.
The ideal candidate should have experience in supervising carpenters, coordinating workshop operations, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise joinery workshop and site installation activities.
- Manage and coordinate carpenters and other joinery staff.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure work is completed according to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor production schedules and project deadlines.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products and installations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients as required.
- Maintain proper use of tools, machinery, and materials.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in joinery or carpentry supervision.
- Strong knowledge of joinery production and installation processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
