Key Responsibilities

• **Team Management:**
• Lead and supervise the production team, including joiners, carpenters, and other staff.

• Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed.
• **Health and Safety:**
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for the production team.
• **Problem-Solving:**
• Resolve any production issues or delays promptly.
• **Reporting:**
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Joinery Production Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a production environment.
• Relevant qualifications in carpentry, joinery, or a related field.
