Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Joinery Package Manager to lead the delivery of all bespoke joinery works on a prestigious private luxury residence in Jumeirah.

This role is responsible for ensuring that all joinery elements are delivered to the highest level of craftsmanship, precision, and finish, fully aligned with design intent and ADF standards.

The position requires close coordination between design, procurement, manufacturing, and site installation, with a strong focus on detail, quality, and execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesPackage Management & Delivery

• Take full ownership of the joinery package, from design coordination to installation and final handover
• Ensure delivery in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations
• Monitor progress and proactively address delays or risks

Design & Technical Coordination

• Review and validate shop drawings, technical details, and specifications
• Ensure alignment between design intent, fabrication, and site installation
• Manage and follow up on RFIs and technical queries
• Resolve technical and detailing challenges with designers and consultants

Manufacturing & Supplier Coordination

• Coordinate with joinery workshops and suppliers (local or international)
• Monitor fabrication progress to ensure quality, timelines, and compliance
• Oversee material approvals, finishes, mock-ups, and samples

Site Installation & Quality Control

• Oversee installation of all bespoke joinery elements on site
• Ensure works are executed with exceptional attention to detail
• Conduct regular quality inspections and snagging
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications

Coordination with Site Teams

• Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to align joinery works with the overall programme
• Coordinate with other trades to ensure proper sequencing and interface management
• Ensure teams are working with the latest drawings and instructions

Client & Stakeholder Interaction

• Support interactions with clients, consultants, and designers on joinery matters
• Participate in design reviews, mock-ups, and approvals
• Ensure delivery meets the highest expectations in quality and finish

Key RequirementsExperience

• 8–15 years of experience in joinery within high-end fit-out projects
• Proven experience on luxury residential or hospitality projects
• Experience in the Middle East (UAE preferred)

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of:
• Bespoke joinery and high-end finishes
• Veneers, lacquers, solid wood, and luxury materials
• Shop drawings and technical detailing
• Experience working with high-end joinery workshops
