Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Joinery Interior Fit-Out Project Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in the United Arab Emirates.
You will be responsible for planning and managing interior fit-out projects, ensuring that all technical specifications, timelines, and budgets are adhered to.
The role will involve supervising the execution, coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors, and addressing any design or construction challenges.
You will also ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain quality standards throughout all phases of the project.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution within the interior fit-out industry
- Technical proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and construction detailing
- Strong understanding of joinery, custom furniture production, and interior fit-out processes
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills for addressing design or construction challenges
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in construction projects
- Proven experience in delivering projects within deadlines and budget constraints
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Work experience in the United Arab Emirates and familiarity with local codes and regulations is advantageous
- Ability to lead teams effectively, maintain attention to detail, and work onsite as needed
