Overview
We are a joinery workshop in Al Quoz and are looking for an experienced **Joinery Production Supervisor / Foreman** to lead our production team and ensure high-quality, on-time output.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cutting lists from drawings.
- Supervise carpenters and machine operators.
- Oversee daily production: cutting → assembly → finishing.
- Ensure proper use of machines (panel saw, edge bander, etc.).
- Plan and manage production schedules and job allocations.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams.
- Maintain quality standards and minimize material wastage.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the workshop
Requirements
- **5+ years UAE joinery experience** (kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, fit-out).
- Strong knowledge of machines, materials, and factory workflow.
- Ability to produce cutting lists independently.
- Hands-on leadership style; proactive and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage 7-10+ labourers.
- English or Hindi/Urdu communication.
