Overview
- Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings for Doors, wardrobes, cabinets, kitchens, wall panelling, and custom furniture
- Develop: Section details, Material take-offs, Cutting lists, Assembly details
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and site conditions.
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, and project managers.
- Issue approved drawings to production team.
- Plan and monitor factory production schedules.
- Coordinate between: Production supervisors, Machine operators, Installation team
- Manage procurement of factory materials
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during manufacturing.
- Report production status to management.
- Maintain drawing registers and revision logs
- Prepare BOQs and material quantity reports
