Your Role

  • Support the Store Manager in leading day-to-day operations
  • Coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service
  • Achieve and exceed store KPIs and budgets
  • Ensure strong store presentation and visual merchandising
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales and growth

About You

Minimum 1 year retail management experience

Experience leading a small team (2+)

Strong customer service and leadership skills

Analytical, commercially aware, and results-driven
