Job Title: PMC Project Manager

Role overview

Leadership and delivery

• Lead the PMC project management and multidisciplinary teams and act as primary interface with ADNOC Offshore, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Set project priorities, governance, responsibilities, and expectations; lead progress reviews and management meetings.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, offshore installation, hook-up, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and handover.
• Monitor contractor performance, schedules, deliverables, milestones, interfaces, and recovery measures.
• Report progress, schedule, cost, risks, opportunities, and key issues; lead resolution and escalation of major matters.

HSE, quality, controls, and contracts

• Promote visible HSE leadership and a strong safety culture throughout project execution.
• Ensure contractor compliance with project quality requirements, inspection and testing plans, and applicable ADNOC requirements; address significant quality issues and NCRs.
• Oversee schedule, progress, cost performance, forecasts, critical paths, risks, opportunities, changes, and recovery plans.
• Monitor contractual obligations and contractor KPIs; support assessment of variations, orders, claims, and commercial risks.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized university.
• Extensive oil and gas experience, including substantial major offshore project experience and senior Project Manager, PMC Project Manager, or Project Director-level work.
• Strong PMC/client-side project management and EPC/EPCI contractor supervision experience.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary engineering and project teams across offshore project phases.
• Understanding of project controls, scheduling, cost, risk, change management, contracts, commercial matters, and applicable international oil and gas standards.
• Postgraduate engineering/project management qualification is advantageous; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Previous ADNOC/ADNOC Offshore experience is highly preferred.
