Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist – Health Club (Abu Dhabi)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
• Manage member check-ins and registrations.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
• Schedule appointments and bookings for services.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Handle administrative tasks and daily reporting.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Support the Health Club team with general operational duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or customer service representative.
• Experience in a medical clinic, wellness centre, healthcare facility, gym, or health club is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems).
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Location: Abu Dhabi

• Working Schedule: 6 days per week (rotational schedule)
• Working Hours: 48 hours per week, with the possibility of up to 60 additional overtime hours per month, based on operational requirements.
• Annual Leave: 24 calendar days during the first year of employment.
