Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai with daily responsibilities tailored to the specific Job Title.
The role typically involves coordinating with clients and internal teams, understanding design requirements, and contributing to the creation and execution of project plans.
The Job Title will support project delivery by managing documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule and in line with company standards.
The role may also involve site visits, collaboration with contractors and vendors, and assisting with quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will work closely with team members to maintain clear communication, solve problems proactively, and help deliver interior projects that align with client expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, designers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks or projects in a fast-paced interior design and fit-out environment.
- Attention to detail, a focus on quality, and a commitment to meeting deadlines and project specifications.
- Comfort with office and project management tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, scheduling software) and willingness to learn new systems as needed.
- Relevant educational background or experience in interiors, construction, architecture, project coordination, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the UAE interiors, fit-out, or construction sector is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and to conduct regular site visits as required by project needs.
