Role overview

Main responsibilities

• Identify and source residential buildings, compounds, shops, and commercial offices for management.
• Visit properties in person and assess their operational and rental condition.
• Contact property owners directly and present property management services.
• Negotiate and conclude property management contracts.
• Build and maintain a database of owners and target properties, and follow up on opportunities.
• Submit periodic reports on sourced properties and signed contracts.
• Coordinate property handover with the property management team after contracts are signed.

Requirements

• Previous experience sourcing properties, in real estate marketing, or in property management.
• Ability to work in the field; strong direct communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of the Riyadh real estate market.
• A valid driving license is required.
• A FAL license, familiarity with the Ejar platform, and a network of property owners are preferred.
