Role overview

The role sits in International Health’s Global Strategy team and reports to the Global Head of Strategy.

The team covers portfolio strategy, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions support, and strategic priorities across the business.

The role contributes to strategic planning, strategy development, business partnership, and high-impact initiatives, working with senior leaders and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-priority projects supporting International Health growth, performance, and long-term objectives.
  • Analyze markets, competitors, customers, and industries to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
  • Develop insights, recommendations, and executive presentations for strategic decisions.
  • Support portfolio strategy and annual strategy and business planning.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, refine priorities, and support execution.
  • Evaluate growth opportunities across partnerships, market expansion, organic initiatives, and inorganic activity.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, business transformation, or a related strategic discipline.
  • Strong financial analysis, commercial acumen, business-case development, and performance evaluation skills.
  • Experience assessing markets, competitors, customers, and growth opportunities, and leading projects from analysis through implementation.
  • Able to influence senior leaders with clear communication, structure ambiguous problems, synthesize complex information, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Strong collaboration skills in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Able to use technology and AI-enabled tools to improve work speed, quality, and effectiveness.
