Job Performer - Mechanical
We are currently seeking a highly competent Job Performer – Mechanical to support ongoing Oil & Gas EPC projects.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing maintenance and project activities while ensuring strict compliance with safety and ADNOC standards.

Your Role
As a
Job Performer (Mechanical),
- you will
- Execute mechanical work activities in accordance with approved work permits and procedures
- Review and validate Work Management System (WMS) job plans before execution
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, permit-to-work system, and site regulations
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth work execution
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper isolation, safety measures, and readiness prior to work
- Monitor job progress and report any deviations, risks, or safety concerns
- Ensure tools, equipment, and manpower are effectively utilized
Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in oil and gas EPC projects
- Proven experience working as a Job Performer in ADNOC or similar environments
Education / Certifications / Licenses
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- **Mandatory: Valid ADNOC WMS (Work Management System) Certification**
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance practices, and safety procedures
- Familiarity with permit-to-work (PTW), LOTO, and HSE requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills
