Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for real estate projects and manage project launch campaigns.
• Manage digital and traditional advertising campaigns, including social media, paid advertising, and billboards.
• Coordinate with sales to generate leads and convert them into customers.
• Manage the company’s visual identity and marketing content, including brochures, videos, and websites.
• Monitor the real estate market and analyze competitors to identify opportunities.
• Prepare marketing budgets, measure return on investment, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Organize exhibitions, events, and partnerships with brokers and relevant organizations.
• Lead the marketing team and oversee external agencies and vendors.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in real estate marketing.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi real estate market and its regulations, including the Real Estate General Authority and approved real estate advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, advertising tools, and data analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Office programs and experience with CRM systems.
