Role

Responsibilities

• Check the condition and features of luxury branded goods and assist with appraisal and assessment.
• Build knowledge of price evaluation and the expertise needed to assess luxury items.
• Support store and team operations so work proceeds smoothly.
• Learn luxury brands, product features, appraisal, assessment, and pricing.

Workplace

• Initial training is in Dubai, UAE, with subsequent work planned in cities across the Middle East.
• The listed workplace is Value Creation Trading LLC in Dubai; store operations are part of the role.

Required qualifications

• Conversational-level or higher proficiency in both English and Japanese.
• Ability to relocate to the UAE and surrounding countries for the planned training and subsequent assignments.
• Luxury brand appraisal experience is not required.

Preferred background

• Interest in luxury brands or luxury items is welcomed.
• Appraisal, assessment, or price evaluation knowledge or experience is welcomed.
• Experience working abroad, customer service, or sales is welcomed.
• Cooperation with colleagues and willingness to learn are valued.

Potential future store manager work

• A possible career progression is to store manager, overseeing store operations, staff, and performance figures.
• The manager role may include team building and improving store operations and systems.

Compensation

• Monthly pay is AED 9,000–12,000, paid in local currency.
• Pay raises may be provided at any time; bonuses depend on business performance.
• An English-language allowance varies by conversational proficiency, and travel costs are separately provided.

Schedule and leave

• Working hours are 10:00–19:00, with eight working hours and a one-hour break.
• The schedule provides six days off per month on a shift basis, plus paid leave.
