Role overview
Business Development Manager responsible for developing MYTVS's PPF business and expanding into new markets.
Business development and channel sales
- Identify and appoint new distributors and dealers; expand the dealer and distributor network.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and channel partners.
- Handle primary and secondary sales and secure regular channel business.
- Support distributors in increasing sales and market coverage.
- Visit markets to understand customer and distributor requirements and identify new opportunities.
Market operations and reporting
- Maintain records of sales, distributors, market information, and competitor activity.
- Prepare regular sales and market reports and monitor competitor products, pricing, and activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams on stock, pricing, and distributor requirements.
- Travel regularly and extensively as business needs require.
Experience and skills
- 3–8 years of experience in PPF, Paint Protection, Automotive Accessories, or a related industry.
- PPF / Paint Protection Division experience is required.
- Experience in channel sales and distributor appointment, with an understanding of distributor network development and management.
- Good skills in data preparation, reporting, and market analysis.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English; willingness to travel extensively.
- Candidates from Bangalore or Hyderabad are preferred.
Pay
- ₹120,000–₹200,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person; regular market visits and travel are part of the role.
